TREMBLE operates on a strict 12 hour cancellation policy. Our classes are small in size and it impacts other clients and instructors if you late cancel or no show. The same rules apply if you are making a change to your class time. You must cancel at least 12 hours prior to class start time (so 8pm the day prior for an 8am class the next day) or you will lose your class credit. If you have an unlimited membership, we will charge a $25 late fee every time you cancel or reschedule a class outside of the 12 hour cancellation period. This includes if you have been added to the waitlist which will add you automatically up until 8 hours of the class start time.

To cancel a class, simply log in to your TREMBLE account on the app or a desktop, go to the schedules tab, and cancel from there.
