TREMBLE PILATES TO GROW IN SOUTH FLORIDA WITH PALM BEACH COUNTY EXPANSION

Tremble Pilates is coming soon to Palm Beach County. With two locations planned in Boca Raton and an additional location in West Palm Beach/Palm Beach, it won't be long before more South Floridians will be shaking things up in class.

Tremble is a high-intensity, low-impact workout that combines the best of strength training, cardio and Pilates-inspired movements all in one session on reformers. The full body, functional movements are centered around the core and will make you stronger both mentally and physically.

The new studios will have a similar vibe to Tremble's current Midtown location, with expanded room for private sessions and events. Tremble currently has 7 locations across Miami in addition to locations in Nevada and New York - including one in the Hamptons.
